Catmaster account deletion
You can delete your Catmaster account and its associated data at any time. Below we explain exactly what gets deleted and how to submit a request.
What gets deleted
Your account and profile data (email address, player name, bio, picture), all your cats and their history, inventory, in-game currencies, achievements, competition results, messages and notifications.
What remains
Anonymised technical log entries and data we are legally required to keep, such as purchase accounting records. They are not linked to your account.
Please note
Unused in-game currencies and any remaining premium period are forfeited and non-refundable.
How long it takes
We process requests within 30 days of confirmation. Deletion is irreversible.
If you can still sign in
The fastest way is to delete your account in the game: sign in, open your profile and choose "Delete account".
If you cannot access your account
Enter the email address your account is registered with. We will send a confirmation link to it — the request is only accepted after you click that link. This prevents anyone from requesting deletion of someone else's account.
Deleting some of your data without deleting the account
You can remove your profile picture, bio image and bio text yourself in the profile settings in the game. To request deletion of other data without closing your account, write to the address below and we will process the request within 30 days.
